Kelly Ripa’s Next Co-Host? Here Are the Vegas Odds

Lone female Erin Andrews is bringing up the rear

Michael Strahan Kelly Ripa Live Replacements

Last week, TheWrap identified Fred Savage as a leading candidate to replace Michael Strahan on “Live” — Las Vegas may have been listening.

Online sportsbook Bovada has both Savage and Andy Cohen listed at 7/2 odds to join Kelly Ripa on a full-time basis. That doesn’t make them the frontrunners, however — Anderson Cooper gets that distinction at just 3/1.

Cooper’s odds should be read as “Bet $1 to Win $3”; Cohen and Savage are at $2 to win $7 (plus your initial $2 bet back).

A little lower on the list are Seth Meyers, Josh Groban, Alec Baldwin, racer Jeff Gordon, Mario Lopez and Erin Andrews.

Andrews (“Dancing With the Stars”) and Baldwin (“Match Game”) are both currently employed by Disney’s ABC, which produces the syndicated late-morning talkshow.

Here are the full Bovada odds:

Anderson Cooper: 3/1
Andy Cohen: 7/2
Fred Savage: 7/2
Seth Meyers/Josh Groban: 4/1
Alec Baldwin: 4/1
Jeff Gordon: 13/2
Mario Lopez: 8/1
Erin Andrews: 15/1

Since Strahan’s departure from the show in May, producers have tried out a number of guest co-hosts including Cooper, Savage, Jimmy Kimmel, John Leguizamo, Cedric the Entertainer, “Empire” star Jussie Smollett, and “ABC World News Tonight” anchor David Muir.

“Live With Kelly” is distributed in national syndication by Disney-ABC Home Entertainment and TV Distribution. The show is produced by WABC-TV in New York and executive produced by Michael Gelman.
