Kris Jenner really knows how to bring the house down for a party — or at least that’s what a new lawsuit filed against the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” matriarch claims.

In the suit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday, Gabriel Fedida says he rented out his property for Kendall Jenner’s 19th birthday party in November — and ended up with more than $100,000 worth of damage.

Fedida claims that he initially refused to rent the property to the Kardashians, but after being told that it would be “a small dinner party” with no more than 15 people attending, he agreed.

But this was no quiet evening of fondue and charades, the lawsuit alleges. Instead, Fedida claims: “This party had over 100 guests, mostly around the age of Kendall Jenner. The birthday party was unsupervised, had loud amplified music, and a male stripper.”

Those guests, the suit says, “caused severe damage” to the property — $101,450 worth of damage, to be specific.

As a result of the alleged damage, Fedida claims, he had to cancel an upcoming rental agreement worth $50,000.

A spokesperson for Jenner has not yet responded to TheWrap‘s request for comment.

Alleging breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation, fraud, negligence and trespass, Fedida — who in addition to Jenner lists other defendants including Ewing Realty Group, Sotheby’s International Realty and other parties — is seeking general damages “of at least $151,450,” plus compensatory damage “in an amount according to proof.”
