Comedienne Mo Gaffney has booked a guest-starring role on ABC Family’s “Baby Daddy,” TheWrap has learned.

Jean-Luc Bilodeau stars on the sitcom, about a bachelor raising a kid with the help of his friends. Chelsea Kane, Melissa Peterman and Tahj Mowry also star. Gaffney will appear on the Christmas episode of the current season.

Gaffney will play Hermione, a theater director who has been relegated to the Christmas Pageant circuit. But is she really the bossy, boozy, slightly narcissistic has-been she comes off as, or is she a Christmas angel in disguise with a bit more magic to her than meets the eye?

Known for roles in “Happy, Texas” and “Drop Dead Gorgeous,” Gaffney most recently had guest-starring roles on shows including “House of Lies,” “Mike & Molly” and ABC Family’s “Melissa and Joey.”

Law firm Stone Manners Salners represents Gaffney.
