Bow Wow and Ice Cube will star in "Lottery Ticket," a comedy that Warner Bros-based Alcon Entertainment has acquired in turnaround from Rogue Pictures.

Alcon will finance and produce the film; music video director Erik White will make his feature directorial debut.

Alcon's Broderick Johnson and Andrew Kosove will produce, along with Evolution's Mark Burg and Oren Koules.

Matt Alvarez of Ice Cube’s production company, Cube Vision, will also produce.

"Lottery Ticket," which will start principle photography in October in Atlanta, is about a young man living in the projects who has to survive a three day weekend after his opportunistic neighbors find out he’s holding a winning lottery ticket worth $350 million dollars.
