Colin Firth, Jim Sturgess and Matthew Macfadyen are lining up to star in Michael Winterbottom’s next movie, thriller "The Promised Land."
Andrew Eaton's Revolution Films produces the movie, which Fortissimo Films has signed on to sell.
Due to start shooting in late summer, "Promised Land" is set in British-ruled Palestine at the end of WWII.
Winterbottom and Eaton are in Berlin with competition entry "The Killer Inside Me," which generated controversy at January's Sundance Film Festival. IFC plans to release that film in the U.S.
