MSNBC Announces Ronan Farrow and Joy Reid Shows on New Official Lineup

MSNBC is adding Ronan Farrow and Joy Reid to its daytime schedule

MSNBC announced on Monday that Ronan Farrow and Joy Reid were getting their very own daytime news shows.

Farrow, who joined the network in October, is taking the 1pm EST timeslot — tentatively titled “The Ronan Show.”

Reid, who is the managing editor of TheGrio.com and performed duties as a steady fill-in host for former MSNBC personality Martin Bashir will be taking over at 2pm EST.

“Ronan and Joy are two of the most thoughtful and impressive journalists out there and I'm excited for what they will bring to the afternoon,” Phil Griffin wrote in a statement.

Also announced in the shakeup was that Tamron Hall's program is moving to 11am EST, while Andrea Mitchell will take over the noon slot from Alex Wagner's old show which is moving to 4pm.

See the new MSNBC daytime lineup below:

9 AM – The Daily Rundown with Chuck Todd
10 AM – Jansing and Co.
11 AM – NewsNation with Tamron Hall
NOON – Andrea Mitchell Reports
1 PM – Ronan Farrow hosts*
2PM – Joy Reid hosts *
3P – The Cycle
4P – NOW with Alex Wagner
