MTV is set to make a splash with the return of “MTV Beach House.”

Nessa (“Girl Code”), Cody Christian (“Teen Wolf”) and Chico Bean (“Wild ‘n Out”) will host the month-long summer celebration from a 1990s-themed beach house along the Jersey Shore. The party begins on June 8 with the first-ever MTV Beach House Festival, featuring headliners MisterWives, KYLE and more.

“MTV Beach House” will run on MTV, Comedy Central and Spike’s linear, digital and social channels, which will include behind-the-scenes and all-access content. MTV and Mtn Dew Spiked Lemonade are teaming up for the project.

This is the latest iteration of the programming block that debuted in 1993 on MTV and continued into the 2000s.

“Snapchat, Twitter and Facebook Live didn’t even exist when we last opened the MTV Beach House as the ultimate summer hangout for our audience 14 years ago,” said MTV vice president of integrated marketing Matthew Newcomb.  “We’re thrilled to partner with Mtn Dew Spiked Lemonade to bring back the Beach House in a totally updated way that speaks to a new generation of digitally native fans.”

The previous version of the show included music performances and celebrity appearances, and it was hosted by such iconic MTV on-air personalities as Carson Daly and Damien Fahey.

“Bringing back the MTV Beach House is one of those can’t miss moments we love to bring to DEW Nation,” said Chauncey Hamlett, senior director of marketing for Mountain Dew. “It’s the perfect way to welcome summer — an iconic show of the 90s spiked with boundary-pushing experiences — definitely how Mtn Dew Spiked Lemonade does summer.”

Fans can land a ticket to the MTV Beach House Festival by following @MTV on Twitter and retweeting designated sweepstakes tweets starting Thursday.

This continues MTV’s nostalgia push, as the network recently launched rebooted versions of “Fear Factor” and “My Super Sweet 16.”
