Unfortunately, booze doesn’t mix with his other favorites: guitars, wood-working, and horse riding

If you needed any more proof that Nick Offerman of NBC’s “Parks and Recreation” is the ultimate man’s man, he just released a song and music video dedicated to drinking whisky.

In “My Tales of Whisky,” Offerman shares his joy and his woes, which mainly revolve around the fact that he has to stop hitting the bottle to partake in his other loves: playing guitar, milling wood in his shop, and riding his horse, Flowers. Yes, the man with the best mustache in Hollywood named his horse “Flowers.”

The whole project comes from Diageo, the makers of Scottish single malt whiskies Lagavulin and Oban. In the video, viewers will see that Offerman traveled to the motherland to tell his tale.

New chapters from the series will be released throughout the week.

On Wednesday, TheWrap exclusively reported that Offerman was offered a role in FX’s next installment of anthology series “Fargo.” Active negotiations were not currently taking place at the time of the report.
