Comedian Patton Oswalt isn’t done taking shots at former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee.
After mocking Huckabee’s questionable sense of humor on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” Thursday night, Oswalt took a more pointed jab at Huckabee on Friday, telling the politician, “Go wipe your ass with a corncob.”
The blunt suggestion came after Oswalt appeared on the ABC late-night show to skewer Huckabee’s joke-telling abilities. During the skit, Oswalt stood in front of a backdrop of a fake comedy club called Yuck Yuckabee’s to repeat three of Huckabee’s jokes.
Huckabee responded to the skit with a tweet Friday morning, “Got ‘Kimmelled’ for my tweets-so distraught I cried like Schumer & I’ll have to take 1/2 a baby aspirin to sleep.”

Huckabee’s response was an apparent reference to New York Senator Chuck Schumer, who teared up in January while discussing President Trump’s proposed travel ban. (Huckabee has attempted to humorously tackle the topic before — in a previous tweet, the politician wrote, “Breaking news from Hollywood! Sen. Chuck Schumer cast in lead role for remake of ‘Boys Don’t Cry.’”)
The former governor’s snarky response to the “Jimmy Kimmel Live” skit drew a sharp reply from Oswalt on Friday.
“Ha ha! ‘Member when Schumer cried ‘cuz his relatives were killed in the Holocaust? LOL, right? Go wipe your ass with a corncob,” Oswalt wrote.
Something tells us that Oswalt and Huckabee won’t be forming a comedy duo anytime soon.
