Ratings: ABC’s ‘The Quest’ Debuts Weak

“Big Brother” is biggest show of the night

ABC’s “The Quest” premiered to an un-heroic 0.7 rating in the key demo on Thursday, as CBS and Univision tied atop the Nielsen ratings.

CBS and Univision both had a 1.4 rating/5 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic. CBS was first in viewers with an average of 5.4 million, according to preliminary numbers. Univision was third with 3.5 million viewers.

For CBS, in between runs, “Big Brother” at 9 p.m. earned a night-high 2.1/7 and had 6.2 million viewers.

NBC was third in ratings with a 0.9/3 and fourth in viewers with 3.2 million. At 9, “Welcome to Sweden” got a 0.7/3 and 2.6 million viewers. “Working the Engels” at 9:30 had a 0.6/2 and 1.9 million viewers. “Last Comic Standing” at 10 received a 1.1/4 and 3.3 million viewers.

ABC was fourth in ratings with a 0.8/3 and second in viewers with 4.3 million. “The Quest” premiered at 8 to the 0.7/3 and 2.8 million viewers. “Rookie Blue” at 9 got a 0.9/3 and 4.5 million viewers. “NY Med” at 10 had a 0.9/3 and 5.5 million viewers.

Fox and Telemundo tied for fifth in ratings, both with a 0.6/2. Fox was fifth in viewers with 2 million, Telemundo was sixth with 1.4 million viewers.

For Fox, following a repeat, “Gang Related” got a 0.7/2 and 2.3 million viewers.

The CW was seventh in ratings with a 0.1/0 and in total viewers with 598,000, airing entirely reruns.
