Richard Brooks (“The Crow: City of Angels”) and Salli Richardson-Whitfield (“The Lottery”) have joined Isaiah Washington in Overflow Entertainment’s suspense thriller “The Sin Seer,” TheWrap has learned.
Brooks and Richardson-Whitfield previously shared the screen in “Being Mary Jane.”
“The Sin Seer” follows a woman with the ability to see into people’s souls, read minds and detect lies. She uses these gifts to solve crimes and other mysteries, bringing closure where there was none. When her latest case opens doors to her own past and that of her new partner (Washington), even she can’t see what lies ahead.
Paul D. Hannah wrote and will direct “The Sin Seer,” which he’s also producing along with Angela White through his Overflow Entertainment banner.
