Rod Stewart and A$AP Rocky Join James Corden for Carpool Karaoke (Video)

The rock legend jams to his new and classic hits with the “Late Late Show” host

Rod Stewart is the latest “Late Late Show” guest to rock out with host James Corden in Carpool Karaoke, a popular segment Corden launched with Mariah Carey before riding with Justin Bieber and Iggy Azalea, too.

Stewart sang some of his hits, including “Do Ya Think I’m Sexy?” and “The First Cut Is the Deepest,” and reflected on his rock and roll lifestyle.

“There’s been so many … Just drinking and shagging and drinking and shagging, basically,” Stewart said when asked about his most outrageous moment. “That’s what we did. And smashing up hotel rooms.”

He went on to explain that he and his band, The Faces, would tear up hotel rooms when they felt they weren’t getting the respect they deserved. At one point, the band was banned from all Holiday Inns, so they would check in as Fleetwood Mac.

Rapper A$AP Rocky stopped by to join the duo for a rendition of his recent single “Everyday,” which features Stewart on the hook, leading Corden to take a moment to reflect on his life in the middle of the song.

“I don’t know if I’ve ever felt as cool as I do at this moment in my life right now,” he said. “This is the greatest thing I’ve ever done.”
