USA Network’s “Royal Pains” is taking advantage of its NBCUniversal membership with a “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” tie-in for their season finale.
Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian’s boyfriend, Scott Disick, will appear on the Sept. 2 finale.
Playing themselves, the reality stars just happen to be in the Hamptons. During dinner at a local hot spot, Hank’s (Mark Feuerstein) girlfriend Charlotte (Gillian Alexy) asks Evan (Paulo Costanzo) to make an introduction.

It’s unclear whether that’s the extent of Khloe and Scott’s appearance. Maybe one of them chokes on a chicken bone and needs Hank’s assistance. We can only hope.
The news of the Kardashian appearance follows TheWrap’s exclusive report that veteran actress Sonia Braga will recur in August episodes as Divya’s former mother-in-law.
