The Associated Press released the entire transcript of its recent interview with Donald Trump on Sunday — but transcribers had a problem understanding the president, resulting in 16 “unintelligible” instances.

It isn’t clear if the audio was poorly recorded, if Trump was mumbling, or if the president was simply making up new words… but this is the same man who tweeted about “General E. Watch” on Monday morning.

The word “unintelligible” appears during key moments of the AP transcript, resulting in frustration that’s turned into mockery on Twitter.

“Now, if I can do that (unintelligible) … As an example, the aircraft carriers, billions of dollars, the Gerald Ford, billions and billions over budget. That won’t happen,” the transcript reads.

When asked how being the president has changed Trump, he said, “I never realized how big it was. Everything’s so (unintelligible) like, you know the orders are so massive.”

Asked about the upcoming tax reform rollout, the “unintelligible” term popped up a lot in his response.

“We’re going to be putting that out on Wednesday or shortly thereafter. Let me leave a little room just in case (unintelligible). … And that’s a big story, because a lot of people think I’m going to put it out much later,” the transcript reads.
