Not of "American Idol," but of the quest to spoil one of television's best-kept secrets. Hours before Wednesday's finale aired, the Drudge Report posted that (seriously, last warning)...

Fox announced that a record-breaking 122.4 million votes were cast following Tuesday night’s performance show -- the highest number of votes in the show’s history.
The total Season 10 votes came to more than 730 million -- the most of any season -- and the grand total of votes cast in the show's history comes to nearly 4.8 billion, Fox said.
Drudge did not immediately respond to a request for comment Wednesday.
