Christopher Cousins, who plays the tax-dodging Beneke on "Breaking Bad," also plays Shelley in a new video for Funny or Die.
The video finds Shelley articulating Democrats' reasons for not standing up to the NRA, which he says essentially come down to:
"We're pussies."
