Conan Marks 20 Years On-Air With Treasure Trove of Clips (Video)

From Amy Poehler as Andy’s little sister to Triumph to Kiss-Ass Turkey, revisiting some Conan classics

Not all Conan O’Brien‘s memories of NBC are bad: The “Conan” host is marking his 20 years on the air by unveiling a treasure trove of rarely seen clips, including of his old NBC show “Late Night.”

From now Nov. 15, TeamCoco.com is hosting classics you probably haven’t seen in a while: Amy Poehler as Andy’s headgear-bound little sister, Triumph pooping on everyone from Real Housewives to the 99 Percent, Conan joining an old-timey baseball team, and a kiss-ass turkey.

Why is O’Brien (pictured above in 1994) allowed to stream old NBC footage, given his contentious exit when the network gave “The Tonight Show” back to Jay Leno in 2010? An O’Brien rep says he made a deal with NBC to air the clips for a limited time.

But it’s hard to think of that when there’s so much of O’Brien’s mix of genius and stupidity to enjoy. People who think the host took years to find his footing might be surprised by the turkey sketch in particular, which aired about a year after O’Brien’s Sept. 13, 1993 debut.
