“Cyborg” actor Ray Fisher is the latest character in the DC Universe to bulk up for his role.
The actor instagrammed a photo of himself looking jacked at the gym, captioning the photo, “Half-Man, Half-Machine… #BORGLIFE #JusticeLeague.”
The Cyborg had a brief cameo in “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,” and Fisher’s character will next be seen in “Justice League.” The character is half-man, half-machine, and his borg-like abilities include super strength and a genius-level intellect.
In August, TheWrap reported that Cyborg (aka Victor Stone) will appear 2018’s “The Flash” movie, starring Ezra Miller and which will be directed by Rick Famuyiwa. After that, Fisher is set to have a standalone “Cyborg” film.
Fisher isn’t the only actor buffing up for “Justice League.” In June, J.K. Simmons posted photos of himself training like a beast at the gym for his role as Commissioner Gordon.
“Justice League” will open in theaters on Nov. 17, 2017.

10. Metallo
One of Superman’s main adversaries in the comics for some time, Metallo would be a great addition to the DC cinematic universe. While he wouldn't likely rise to the level of main villain in a Superman film, he could certainly be memorable as a henchman of Lex Luthor's.
