Thomas Middleditch is effusive in his praise for his "Silicon Valley" costar Zach Woods.
"Zach is so goddamn funny," Middleditch told TheWrap after claiming anything his costar said as his favorite line from the series. "What you get as an audience member is only a sliver of the crazy, weird, depraved things he says on a daily basis. He is a true talent, and the prettiest lady in all of Hollywood."
But Middleditch has fans of his own, not surprising given that he does play the lead on the HBO comedy. Unfortunately, most of his fans recognize him on the street as his character Richard Hendricks, the socially awkward former CEO of the show's fictional tech startup. "Which is nice," Middleditch joked. "At least it's not, 'Hey Richard, you f---ing suck!'"
"Silicon Valley" recently premiered its third season and has become a success for the network, airing alongside other HBO hits like "Game of Thrones" and "Veep."
"It's got really sexy hunks, there's a lot of nudity. It's scandalous," Middleditch said of his series. "If you think 'Game of Thrones' throws around some erroneous, unnecessary nudity, wait til you see 'Silicon Valley.'"
He was joking of course, but "Silicon Valley" did recently manage to kick up some dust with its own controversial sex scene.
