Tom Sizemore’s ex-girlfriend Heidi Fleiss has addressed the allegations that her former companion was sent home from a 2003 movie set after allegedly violating a young actress.

“I knew he had disgusting issues, but that was shocking, an 11-year-old child like that is just shocking,” Fleiss told USA Today on Wednesday. “He should be castrated.”

Sizemore and Fleiss, the former leader of a prostitution ring famously known as the “Hollywood Madam,” dated for several years until he was convicted in 2003 of domestic abuse and harassment.

Multiple cast and crew sources recently told The Hollywood Reporter that Sizemore was sent home from the set of the 2003 film “Born Killers” after an 11-year-old actress told her mother he had touched her genitals. The girl’s parents chose not to press charges against Sizemore at the time, and he later returned for reshoots on the film.

Sizemore has not responded to the allegations, but on Wednesday, producers Global Genesis Group dropped him as the planned lead of the horror film “The Door.”

“I think more people will come forward for him than anyone else in Hollywood. He’s that disgusting,” Fleiss said. “But I thought he wasn’t famous enough and that’s why no one had said anything.”
