Megyn Kelly was all smiles Monday when showing viewers Cecily Strong‘s “Saturday Night Live” version of her.
But the Fox News anchor also had some friendly advice to help make the character truer to real life on the NBC sketch show.
“It is quite a thing to see yourself parodied in the show open of ‘Saturday Night Live’ after growing up watching that program in my Nanna’s living room,” Kelly said.
“My take is Cecily Strong was pretty good, although her voice should be a little deeper and something else on her should be a little smaller,” Kelly added while giggling. Kelly also thought the hair was too big, but she liked Strong’s presence.
“I liked her no-nonsense style, and she was tough on both sides.”
