Quentin Tarantino’s ‘Hateful Eight’ Heading to San Diego Comic-Con

Audiences will get to view exclusive footage from the film starring Samuel L. Jackson, Kurt Russell and Jennifer Jason Leigh

Quentin Tarantino and the cast of “The Hateful Eight” will appear at San Diego Comic-Con next month for a panel at Hall H.

The panel, moderated by Chris Hardwick will discuss the movie, its production, the upcoming roadshow release and its 70mm format. Audiences will also get to view exclusive footage from the film.

Samuel L. Jackson, Kurt Russell, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Walton Goggins, Demian Bichir, Tim Roth, Michael Madsen and Bruce Dern star in Tarantino’s Western, set in the years following the Civil war.

The film, written and directed by Tarantino, is produced by Richard N. Gladstein, Stacey Sher and Shannon McIntosh. Harvey Weinstein, Bob Weinstein and Georgia Kacandes are executive producing, and Coco Francini and William Paul Clark are associate producing.

“The Hateful Eight” will premiere exclusively in 70mm in select theaters on Christmas Day, with a nationwide theatrical digital release on January 8.

San Diego Comic-Con 2015 runs from July 9-15 at the San Diego Convention Center.
