‘Selling Sunset’: ‘Dysfunctional Family’ of Luxury Realtors Returns in Season 4 Trailer (Video)

New cast members means new drama at the Oppenheim Group’s all-female realtor team

“Selling Sunset” is opening house on another season of tense negotiations, lavish parties and some of the best views in L.A. Not to mention, lots and lots of drama.

In a trailer for the reality show’s new season, which drops Nov. 24 on Netflix, the women of the Oppenheim Group are in for a shock when the Oppenheim brothers welcome two new members to the brokerage firm.

The trailer opens with Brett and Jason’s announcement that former actress Vanessa Villela will be the newest agent, following Davina Potratz’s departure from the firm. (Last November, TMZ reported that Brett and Davina would be leaving the firm to pursue other opportunities but would remain on the show.)

Enter Vanessa. As fans of the show know, the Oppenheim Group is rarely easy on newcomers – and clearly, Vanessa has her work cut out for her.

“I have had a lot of experiences where I’ve worked with women that are competitive … I know how to deal with that,” she tells the camera and laughs. (Sound familiar, Chrishell?)

Next, Emma Hernan is introduced as the other new real estate agent – and new enemy of reigning drama queen Christine Quinn. “I’m here to work, and hopefully all this high school drama that I’ve dealt with for years can stay, like Christine, out of mine,” says Emma.

Drama between the two is further foreshadowed as Heather Rae Young reveals that Emma was romantically involved with Christine’s ex. In fact, “they were engaged two months after we broke up,” Christine explains. There are also professional tensions as some of Christine’s listings are reassigned to Emma.

Meanwhile, conflict arises between Mary Fitzgerald and Vanessa, while Heather and Chrishell Stause dish on Christine.

Amanza Smith sums it up best when she says, “We’re dysfunctional, but we’re family.”

In March, the reality series was renewed for Seasons 4 and 5. A spinoff series, “Selling the OC,” is also in the works at Netflix.

Season 4’s cast includes Jason and Brett Oppenheim, Chrishell Stause, Christine Quinn, Mary Fitzgerald (and Romain Bonnet), Heather Rae Young, Amanza Smith, Maya Vander, Davina Potratz, Vanessa Villela and Emma Hernan. “Selling Sunset” is produced by Done and Done Productions and Lionsgate. Adam DiVello serves as executive producer.
