Sorry ‘Tusk,’ Jimmy Kimmel’s Man Pig Is Funnier and Scarier Than Your Walrus (Video)

The ABC late-night host dressed up as a giant pig to mess with two little kids, who proved animals should never talk to little kids

What’s funnier and scarier than Kevin Smith‘s man-turned-walrus in “Tusk”? That would be Jimmy Kimmel dressed up as a giant, talking pig.

“Children love animals, especially talking animals,” Kimmel said during Thursday’s show. “Kids see talking animals on TV and in the movies a lot, and they love them, but I always wondered how they would react if they saw a talking animal in real life.”

After a professional make-up artist turned Kimmel into a very realistic looking pig, the comedian got his answer: They’re way too calm about it.

And they even have the nerve to eat bacon in front of him.

“Do you like bacon?” one of the little girls asks.

“No, it’s made out of pigs,” Kimmel responds.

“I do,” the other little girl adds. “Sorry, no I don’t. Just kidding.”

At least the little girls are kind of enough not to tell Cousin Sal that the pig talks, at Kimmel’s request — until Sal starts offering money for the truth.

It turns out Kimmel’s real-life test of a common kids movie scenario is actually quite horrifying for talking animals.
