MTV is pitting fandom against fandom by nominating 32 titles spread across four categories for the mtvU “Fandom of the Year” award.

Massive box office hits including “X-Men: Days of Future Past” and “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” are facing the dedicated fans of romantic cancer drama “The Fault in Our Stars” and the Kickstarted “Veronica Mars” movie.

MTV’s own drama “Teen Wolf” will take on Emmy-winning AMC drama “Breaking Bad,” as well as HBO’s “Game of Thrones” and “Doctor Who.”
