Dish and A+E Networks Agree to Multi-Year Contract Renewal

A+E Networks portfolio includes A&E, HISTORY, Lifetime, LMN, H2 and FYI

Dish and A+E Networks have agreed to a multi-year deal contract renewal.

The agreement, which provides Dish customers continued access to A+E Networks entire portfolio of channels, which includes A&E, History, Lifetime , LMN, FYI, H2, HISTORY en Español, Crime + Investigation and Military HISTORY, includes OTT multi-stream rights for live and Video-on-Demand content. It also gives Dish customers streaming access to A+E Networks programming on Internet-connected devices or the Dish Anywhere app.

“I am pleased to call A+E Networks an innovative partner in developing this wide-ranging, creative agreement that will help to define the future of TV,” said Dish President and CEO Joseph P. Clayton said in a statement to TheWrap. “Together we are enhancing the customer experience today with fresh, dynamic programming that DISH customers will be able to watch when and how they prefer.”
