‘Game of Thrones’ Hits Series High – for 4th Time This Season

Many tune in to see a breakup, a kiss, and a betrayal

“Game of Thones” scored a new series high for the fourth time this season, hitting 7.2 million viewers at 9 p.m. and 8.5 million viewers for the night.

Those who turned in saw a gentlemanly parting of ways, a surprising kiss, and a shocking betrayal in the show’s final seconds. We wouldn’t dare spoil it for those who haven’t watched yet.

“Veep” earned its third consecutive season high, with 1.1 million viewers at 10:30. It had 1.5 million viewers including its second airing.

“Silicon Valley” scored 1.7 million viewers at 10, and 2 million total.

“Last Week Tonight With John Oliver” earned 1 million viewers at 11, and 1.3 million total.
