Jason Aldean’s Tour Bus Kills Pedestrian

Country singer Jason Aldean was part of a tragic incident in the wee morning hours of Monday, when his tour bus struck and killed a pedestrian.

The “She’s Country” singer posted about the incident via Twitter on Monday, saying, “nothing prepares you for something like this to happen.”

"With a heavy heart, I'm sad to say that a man passed away last night after stepping out in front of my bus in Indiana. In all the years I've been touring and all the miles we've driven, nothing prepares you for something like this to happen," Aldean wrote. Identifying the victim as Albert Kennedy, Aldean added, "I'm praying for Albert Kennedy's family and friends today and ask that you do the same." Also read: Hal Needham, Hollywood Stuntman and Director, Dead at 82 According to ABC News, Kennedy was struck at approximately 1:28 a.m. on of US 41 North after he "walked out into the middle of the roadway." The coroner pronounced Kennedy dead on the scene, of trauma to the head and chest. The accident is being investigated.
