The Pogues set out on one last adventure in the fifth and final season of “Outer Banks,” and they have a rocking soundtrack to match.
This crew has never fit inside the box, and the music in the final season matches their energy. The songs in this season range from Stevie Wonder to Tame Impala to The Stooges.
Season 5 sees the Pogues travel the world with a soundtrack to match the diverse terrains they travel to track down the Blue Crown. From Morocco and Croatia to New Orleans and the Bahamas and, most importantly, the Outer Banks, this music takes viewers on a ride.
The soundtrack includes a mix of soul and classic rock. “Good Times Roll” by The Cars and “Down on the Street” by The Stooges bring the rock sound to the season with funk tracks like “Sing a Simple Song” by The Meters and “A Girl Like You” by Edwyn Collins mixed in.
